基于文献聚类的建筑生命周期评估概念、方法与工具

为准确了解当前建筑生命周期评估的概念、方法与工具方面的研究现状和趋势,从文献聚类视角系统梳理了建筑生命周期评估5个领域涉及的概念、方法与工具,包括BIM-LCA、隐含碳和隐含能耗、城市尺度LCA、循环经济、动态及前瞻型LCA.研究结果表明,工具层面的发展方向是将LCA工具集成到BIM中及扩充本土化LCA数据库;建筑隐含阶段的研究还不够深入,特别是在改造翻新阶段,对影响评估和减少隐含碳经济成本方面还要进一步探索;不同的城市尺度LCA方法各有优劣,结果差异大;涉及循环经济方面的研究主要集中在构件层面,未来应提高LCA结果的透明度和可用性;建筑动态LCA在国内研究较少,更为标准化的量化方法是未来的研究方向.
Concepts,Methods and Tools for Building Life Cycle Assessment Based on Literature Clustering
In order to accurately understand the current research status and trend of the concepts,methods and tools of building life cycle assessment,this paper systematically combs the concepts,methods and tools involved in five fields of building life cycle assessment from the perspective of literature clustering,including BIM-LCA,hidden carbon and hidden energy consumption,urban scale LCA,circular economy,dynamic and forward-looking LCA.The research results show that the development direction of tool level is to integrate LCA tools into BIM and expand localized LCA database;The study of the hidden stage of buildings is not deep enough,especially in the renovation stage,the impact assessment and the reduction of the economic cost of hidden carbon need to be further explored.Different urban scale LCA methods have their advantages and disadvantages,and the results vary greatly.The researches related to circular economy mainly focus on the component level,and the transparency and availability of LCA results should be improved in the future.There are few researches on building dynamic LCA in China,and a more standardized quantitative method is the future research direction.
