摘要
基于建筑行业节能减排的要求,国家大力推广超低能耗建筑并鼓励探索和建设零能耗建筑.分析了夏热冬冷地区办公零能耗建筑设计技术路径,对零能耗建筑的围护结构节能设计、机电系统设计和可再生能源利用等要点进行了概述.采用正交试验法对建筑外墙、屋面、外窗等围护结构的节能设计进行了对比分析,以无锡市某栋办公楼为例进行零能耗建筑设计,并分析了零能耗建筑的增量成本,为基于限额设计的零能耗建筑设计提供参考.
Abstract
Based on the requirements of building energy conservation and carbon emission reduction,the government is vigorously promoting ultra-low energy consumption buildings and encouraging the exploration and construction of zero-energy buildings.This paper analyzes the technical path of zero-energy building design in hot summer and cold winter zone,and summarizes the key points of building envelope energy-saving design,MEP system design and renewable energy utilization.In this paper,the orthogonal test method is used to compare and analyze the energy-saving design of the external wall,roof and window of the building,so as to give the optimal design strategy.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,the zero-energy building design of an office building in Wuxi city is carried out,and the incremental cost of this zero-energy building is analyzed,which provides a reference for quota design project.
