Application of Near-zero Energy Consumption Building Technology in the Northwest China——An Example of an Office Building in Lanzhou New District
The development of the economy and the improvement of the quality of the living environment all depend on energy,and China's total energy consumption is increasing year by year,and energy conservation and emission reduction is a long way to go.Near-zero-energy building technology,with its energy-saving and low-carbon advantages,has gradually been applied to energy-saving building practices in various countries and regions.Taking an office building in Lanzhou New District as an example,the application of near-zero-energy building technology for the first time in energy-saving buildings in cold and underdeveloped regions of Northwest China is systematically introduced,aiming to draw on the successful experience of the project to provide technical support for the new energy-saving buildings and energy-saving renovation of existing buildings in the following similar regions,and to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and other sustainable undertakings.
