超低能耗建筑节能减碳技术策略研究——以重庆市某学院办公建筑为例

近年来,绿色建筑在全国范围内发展迅猛,并涌现出一大批有关绿色建筑的研究成果.超低能耗建筑作为绿色建筑的又一提升,也逐渐被人们所重视,成为绿色建筑重要的组成部分.以重庆市某学院超低能耗办公建筑为案例,选取建筑全生命周期内单位面积碳排放量最大的建材生产运输阶段、运行阶段为研究范围,对两个阶段超低能耗建筑表现的能耗量、碳排放量数据进行统计分析,并与参考建筑进行对比,试图找到这两个阶段影响超低能耗建筑能耗量与碳排放量大小的主要因素,并探讨超低能耗建筑节能减碳技术策略.
In recent years,green buildings have been developing rapidly nationwide,and a large number of research results on green buildings have emerged.Ultra-low-energy buildings,as another enhancement of green buildings,are also gradually being valued as an important part of green buildings.The text takes the ultra-low-energy office building of a college in Chongqing as a case study,and selects the phase of production and transport of building materials and the phase of operation,which have the largest carbon emissions per unit area in the whole life cycle of the building,as the scope of the study,and conducts the data on the amount of energy and carbon emissions of the performance of ultra-low-energy buildings under the two phases Statistical analysis of the energy consumption and carbon emission data of ultra-low-energy buildings under the two phases,and comparison with reference buildings,trying to find the main factors affecting the size of energy consumption and carbon emission of ultra-low-energy buildings under the two phases,and discussing the technical strategies of energy saving and carbon reduction in ultra-low-energy buildings.
