摘要
随着"双碳"目标的提出,为促进建筑业转型升级,国家大力推广绿色建造方式,但我国绿色建造起步较晚,与之配套的咨询服务也尚未形成.现有的咨询服务模式已经不能够满足绿色建造的需求,新型的绿色低碳建造咨询服务模式需要得到同步发展,亟需围绕项目前期策划到后期运维的全生命周期过程,从技术维度和管理维度,提供"策划定位、规划定格、设计定型、物料选控、施工质控、交付品控、运维能控"的全流程、全方位、全要素的绿色低碳建造咨询服务,为绿色建造方式的推行和咨询业务的发展奠定基础.
Abstract
With the proposal of"dual carbon"goals,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the state vigorously promotes the green construction method,but China's green construction started late,and the consulting services supporting it have not yet been formed.Existing consulting service mode can no longer meet the needs of green construction,the new green low-carbon construction consulting service mode needs to be synchronised development,there is an urgent need to focus on the whole life cycle process from project planning to later operation and maintenance,from the technical dimension and management dimension,It provides green and low-carbon construction consulting services for the whole process,all-round and all elements of"planning and positioning,planning and design,material selection and control,construction quality control,delivery quality control,and operation and maintenance control",which lays the foundation for the implementation of green construction and the development of consulting business.
