Research on the Current Situation of Carbon Emission and Carbon Emission Reduction Path of a Typical Construction Enterprise in Shanghai Municipality
The construction industry extensively and profoundly affects the development of national economy, and the management activities undertaken by construction enterprises directly affect the quality of industry management.Taking a typical construction enterprise in Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzed the operating boundaries and organizational structure of the enterprise from the perspective of the whole life cycle, calculated the carbon emission contribution of the construction enterprise and its supply chain based on various data such as the project construction drawing, budget and bill of labor and materials, and found that the carbon emission contribution of Scope 3 to the supply chain of the enterprise accounted for 98%of the carbon emission of the whole life cycle. In the future, measures such as equipment energy efficiency improvement, new energy replacement and process optimization should be actively explored to drive the upstream and downstream industry chains to jointly reduce carbon.
