Research on Energy Efficiency Operation and Management of Green Buildings under the Background of"Dual Carbon"-An Example of the Energy Efficiency Assessment of China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city
Under the background of"dual carbon",the gradual promotion of energy saving and emission reduction in the operation phase of buildings is a powerful guarantee to achieve the goal of ecological civilisation construction in China.We investigate the annual energy-saving assessment of green buildings in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city,sort out the current status of the assessment of various types of projects in the operation phase,discuss their experiences and problems in practice,analyse and summarise the practical experience of building energy-saving operation and management at the city level,and put forward suggestions on the aspects of operation energy consumption,renewable energy system,energy consumption monitoring system,energy-saving operation and maintenance management,etc.,which provide references to the early realisation of carbon peaking target in the building sector.Provide reference for the early realisation of the target of"peak carbon emission"in the building sector.
