Design and Construction of Assembled Concrete Stair Components Based on Green Concepts
With the policy adjustment of China's construction industry and the continuous advancement of construction industrialisation,it brings excellent business opportunities to the assembly market of construction industrialisation and mass production of prefabricated components.The combination,design,production,and construction of assembled concrete stair components are sorted out,and the related technologies of assembled monolithic stairwells are studied and applied and analysed.The detailed design of the structure,components and nodes of the stairwell ensures the smooth industrialised production and construction of the components.Comparing the technology principles and process operation points of deepening design,split design,full prefabrication of structural components,node connection,construction and installation of assembled staircase components,it is concluded that compared with the traditional wet-work technology and construction methods,the design and production technology of new assembled staircases has higher efficiency,better environmental performance and lower energy consumption,in order to provide reference for related practical projects.
