Research on the Optimization of Incentive Mechanism for Administrative Personnel in Private Universities
The high-quality development of private universities cannot be achieved without the support of pro-fessional administrative management teams.Optimizing the incentive mechanism,and stimulating the work enthusi-asm,initiative,and creativity of administrative personnel,these are new topics that private universities should attach importance to and consider in deepening the reform.At present,there are still some shortcomings in the motivation of administrative personnel in private universities,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of motivating administrative personnel,unclear assessment indicators for administrative personnel,emphasis on the use of grassro-ots administrative personnel over their training,and relatively low salary for frontline administrative personnel.In this regard,we should establish a scientific performance evaluation system,a systematic reward system,a diversified training system,and a smooth promotion system so as to fully unleash the vitality of talents and help private universi-ties to develop scientifically with improved quality and efficiency.
