The report of our party's 20th national congress points out that as the largest Marxist governing party in the world,the CPC must always stay alert and determined to tackle the special challenges that a large party faces,so as to maintain the people's support and consolidate its position as the long-term governing party.In the new era,in order to maintain alert and determined to tackle the special challenges of a large party,we should push for-ward the great project of party building with perseverance in the new era from eight aspects:maintaining the unity of the party's leadership,the scientific nature of the party's ideology,the people's character of the party,the com-pleteness of the party's system,the strictness of the party's discipline,the obedience of the party's organization,the purity of the party's style of work,and the solidarity of the party's team.
