Main Constraints and Path Breakthrough in Building a First-Class Innovation Ecology in Henan Province
It is of great practical significance for Henan province to accelerate the creation of the first-class innovation ecology and the construction of national innovation highland.Although Henan province has a certain foundation and advantages in creating a first-class innovation ecology,there still exist some problems to be solved.For example,the degree of cooperation and coordination needs to be increased,some policies need to be adjusted ur-gently,the foundation of grass-roots innovation ecology is weak,and the quantity and quality of innovation plat-forms need to be upgraded urgently.Furthermore,the number of high-end innovation talents is insufficient,the out-flow of local talents is not paid attention to,the ecology of investment and financing needs to be optimized,and the total amount of science and technology investment is generally low.The vitality of innovation ecology needs to be en-hanced,and advanced manufacturing clusters are not sufficiently cultivated and developed.Henan province should try its best to create a first-class innovation ecological mode that is"like a fish in water,like a bird returning to the forest".To this end,we should strengthen the overall coordination ability,construct the first-class top-level de-sign,consolidate the grassroots innovation ecology,and cultivate the first-class innovation and entrepreneurship subjects.We should also and insist on improving quality and efficiency,enhance the ability of innovation ecological construction,strengthen the talent support,and build up the first-class innovation talent team.Finally,we should upgrade the level of universities and institutes,create the first-class innovation source,guide the agglomeration of innovation resources,and form the first-class innovation platforms.
