摘要
针对输电线路基础工程传统的施工混凝土和钢筋消耗大、水土流失严重、效率低、安全风险高、污染环境等问题,提出了全钢螺旋锚基础在输电线路基础工程中的应用研究.依据全钢螺旋锚基础的施工原理、主要结构设计,选择满足施工要求的螺旋锚结构型式,根据全钢螺旋锚基础的施工要求,选择合适的施工机械,做好前期准备工作,确定规范的施工程序和最终施工方案,并完成全钢螺旋锚基础在输电线路基础工程中的应用研究.通过实例分析,与传统的全钢螺旋锚基础施工方案的施工效率和施工成本进行对比,本施工方案周期短、成本低、绿色环保,有效提升了全钢螺旋锚基础的施工机械化程度,并降低了人工劳动强度和对植被的破坏.
Abstract
In response to the issues associated with traditional construction practices for the foundation engi-neering of power transmission lines,such as high consumption of concrete and steel,severe soil erosion,low efficien-cy,elevated safety risks,and environmental pollution,the study is presented on the application of an all-steel heli-cal anchor foundation in the foundation engineering of power transmission lines.According to the construction prin-ciple and main structural design of all-steel screw anchor foundation,the screw anchor structure type that meets the construction requirements is selected.In accordance with the construction specifications of the all-steel helical anchor foundation,appropriate construction machinery is selected,preliminary preparations are undertaken,stand-ardized construction procedures are established,the final construction plan is determined,and the application re-search of the all-steel helical anchor foundation in the foundation engineering of power transmission lines is suc-cessfully carried out.Through case analysis,the construction efficiency and cost of the traditional scheme are com-pared with the construction scheme of all-steel screw anchor foundation proposed in this paper.The results show that the construction scheme proposed is short in cycle,low in construction cost,green and environmentally friendly,which effectively improves the construction mechanization of all-steel screw anchor foundation,effectively reduces manual labor intensity and minimizes damage to vegetation.
