A Research on Corrosion Characteristics of Surface Plating on Hydraulic Columns
Due to the unique nature of the coal mining environment,the pillars of the support are prone to cor-rosion during operation.In order to study the corrosion characteristics of pillars in coal mines,this study focuses on the production of Φ500 double telescopic columns,and the working environment of the columns was simulated through salt spray corrosion tests.The influence of stress and coal dust on the corrosion behavior of the surface coat-ing was analyzed.It was found that stress has a significant impact on the corrosion characteristics of the column's e-lectroplating coating.The greater the stress on the column,the shorter the corrosion time of its surface coating,and the more severe the corrosion.This provides a theoretical basis for guiding production.
