Looking Back and at the Present:Difficulties and Breakthroughs in the Research on Teachers in China's Private Universities——Based on CNKI Literature Analysis from 2011 to 2020
Teachers are the important force for the connotative development and high-quality development of private universities,and they play a basic role in the training of applied talents.In order to better promote the rele-vant research on teachers in private universities,we select the academic dissertations and journal papers taking the teachers in private universities as the research object in CNKI from 2011 to 2020,and make analysis on them from three dimensions:time trend,author background,and research content.The research on teachers in private universi-ties is faced with the realistic dilemma such as the single research subject,monotonous research method,and lack of comprehensive perspective concerning the research content.It is necessary to further deepen the theoretical re-search,explore the diversified research methods,and expand the research content that seeks from inward.
