The Practice and Improvement Strategies for Optimizing the Business Environment and Efficient Connection with RCEP in Henan Province
China's successful accession to RCEP has brought important opportunities to Henan's opening up,and also put forward higher requirement for the local business environment.Since the RCEP came into effect,Henan province has taken a series of measures,for example,accelerating the deepening of reform,striving to improve the convenience of foreign trade,striving to create a high-standard market environment ruled by law,creating a high-quality platform carrier for foreign trade,constantly expanding the interaction channel,increasing the publicity and training,improving the capital adaptability of enterprises,and focusing on key regions to show guidance and demon-stration etc.These measures can comprehensively better align the business environment with the requirement of RCEP rules,and thus form a series of enlightening practices.At the same time,in the process of adapting Henan's business environment to RECP,some problems to be solved also are exposed.We should accelerate the reform in key areas,break up the segmentation,strengthen the infrastructure construction,and create the inclusive innovation ecology so as to further optimize the business environment.
