The County Perspective and Practice Path to Promote the Common Prosperity of Farmers
The common prosperity of farmers is the key part of the common prosperity of the whole society,and it is also the focus and difficulty in realizing the common prosperity in China.Most of the villages in China are dis-tributed in the county area,and most farmers live in the county area,so we can't ignore the function of promoting the common prosperity of farmers at the county level.We should integrate the resources and make overall advance-ment based on the county level,and construct the three-dimensional empowering mechanism:high-level county e-conomy,high-level urban-rural integration,and high-efficiency county governance.These efforts will help to inject the strong impetus to promote the common prosperity of farmers.In view of the common problems in counties,such as the weak vitality in economic development,the low degree of complementation between urban and rural areas,the limited supply of livelihood services,and the low modernization level of county governance,we should make efforts on the following aspects:developing county industries to enrich the people,improving the quality of county urbaniza-tion,strengthening the people's livelihood security,and building up the modern county governance pattern,so as to promote the common prosperity of farmers with new effect through high-quality county development.
