Research on How to Develop the Private Universities with High Quality Based on the Integration of Industry and Education
Promoting the integration of industry and education is the main strategy to advance the reform of high-quality innovative and applied talent education,and it is also an important approach to improve the quality of run-ning a private university in China.We can ensure the sustainable development of private universities if we attach im-portance to the integration of industry and education and explore the new mechanism and strategies of school-en-terprise cooperation based on the integration of industry and education.However,in the process of promoting the de-velopment of private universities through the integration of industry and education,due to the outdated educational concept and the lack of initiative in the combination of schools and enterprises,it is difficult to advance the pace of the integration of industry and education and there is a lack of substantive progress in the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the students'practical application ability.It is suggested to build a community with shared destiny in the integration of industry and education from five aspects:identifying the goal in the integration of industry and education;building up the teacher's team;improving the management system;improving the teach-ing evaluation system;and improving the cooperation guarantee mechanism,so as to promote the positive interaction between the education department and the industrial department and realize the high-quality development of pri-vate universities.
