新时代背景下,民办高校教师培养面临新的机遇与挑战.针对当前民办高校教师培养工作状况,民办高校应在强抓师德师风建设基础上加强教师教育教学能力培养,建立健全有效的培养机制,通过"分类培养、拔尖引领、团队聚力、持续发展"教师培养体系,进一步夯实教师培养之基础,提升教师培养质量,增强民办高校的综合竞争力.
Abstract
Under the background of the new era,the cultivation of teachers in private universities faces new op-portunities and challenges.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of the private university teachers,the private universities should,on the basis of enhancing the teacher ethics and style,strengthen the cultivation of teach-ers'teaching ability,and establish a sound and effective training mechanism.Through the teacher training system of"classified training,top-notch leading,teamwork cooperation,and sustainable development",the private universi-ties should further consolidate the foundation of teacher training,improve the quality of teacher training,and en-hance the comprehensive competitiveness of private universities.
