摘要
农业强国建设目标的核心要义是能够依靠自身力量解决吃饭问题,保障粮食等主要农产品稳定安全供给.新时代粮食安全不仅包括粮食数量安全,也包括粮食质量和粮食产业的安全,保障对象、保障目标和保障范围不断拓展.依据新时代粮食安全内涵变化,应强化从生态、资源到产业的全要素、全环节、全链条、全方位保障,着力解决关键环节和突出问题,筑牢粮食安全多维防火墙.
Abstract
To build up a powerful country in agriculture means that it is possible to rely on our own strength to solve the problem of eating and to ensure the stable and safe supple of major agricultural products such as the grain etc.In the new era,the food security includes not only food quantity security,but also food quality security and food industry security,with the target,goal,and scope of security being constantly expanded.According to the change of the connotation of food security in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the guarantee from the ecology,re-source,to industry in all elements,all links,all chains,and all-round aspects,focus on solving the key links and prominent problems,and build a solid multidimensional firewall for food security.
