影响大学生返乡创业的因素是多元的,也是结构性的.引导和促进大学生返乡创业,应加强高校与地方政府、企业和全社会的协同合作.在高校层面,应深化教育教学改革,提升大学生返乡创业意愿;在政府层面,应完善角色职能,强化大学生返乡创业政策支持;在企业层面,应发挥协同作用,为大学生返乡创业提供帮助;在社会层面,应调动各方资源力量,厚植返乡创业文化土壤.
Abstract
The factors that affect the university students'returning home to start their own business are multi-ple and structural.To guide and promote the students'returning home and starting their own businesses,it is neces-sary to strengthen the coordinated cooperation among the universities,the local governments,the enterprises,and the whole society.At the level of university,we should deepen the reform of education and enhance the willingness of the university students to return home and start a business;at the level of the government,we should improve the function of the role and strengthen the policy support for the university students'returning home to start their own businesses;at the level of enterprises,we should play a role of coordination and provide help for university students to return home and start their own businesses;and at the level of the society,we should mobilize all the resources to cultivate the cultural soil for university students'returning home and starting their own business.
