Research on How to Realize the Digital Transformation of Archives Management in University Libraries
In the new technological environment,the new generation of information technology,which is repre-sented by artificial intelligence,quantum information,internet of things,big data,and block chain etc.,has been continuously innovated and upgraded.The new generation of information technology has promoted the arising and development of digital economy on a global scale,and digital transformation has become an important engine to help the high-quality development of archives undertaking.Therefore,with the help of the new generation of information technology,university libraries should adopt the following measures such as constructing the digital information data-base of archive resource,constructing the digital communication platform,constructing the personalized reader infor-mation database,and strengthening the digitization of user profiles,so as to strengthen the construction and manage-ment of digital archives in university libraries.Thus,it is possible to improve the service quality and utilization rate of archive resources in university libraries and promote the process of digital transformation and development of uni-versity libraries.
