高聚物注浆技术及其应用研究

高聚物注浆技术可以实现塌陷填充、地基加固、底板顶升及渗漏封堵,目前在高速公路、隧道、桥梁、堤防等工程领域得到了广泛应用,取得了显著的经济、社会和生态效益。高聚物注浆技术与传统注浆技术的优势,在于其采用的双组份聚氨酯材料。聚氨酯材料具有良好的膨胀性和可控性、反应速度快且可调节、轻质环保耐久等特点,在土木、水利等修复加固工程中效果独特。对高聚物材料的剪切、拉压和动力性能进行了讨论分析,指出浆液密度是影响高聚物材料力学性能的重要因素。高聚物浆液密度越大,其成型后胞体表面积越小,表面能越低,分子体系越稳定,抗剪切、拉压和动力性能越好。最后结合工程对高聚物注浆技术在补强加固、水害治理等方面的应用进行了阐释,对其发展中的瓶颈、研究前景进行了探讨分析。高聚物注浆技术的大力推广应用,必将全面提升水利、土木、矿业等工程项目建设的质量和水平。
Study on Polymer Grouting Reinforcement Technology and its Application
Polymer grouting technology can realize the treatment of various diseases,such as foundation rein-forcement,collapse filling,floor jacking,and leakage plugging.At present,it has been widely used in engineering fields such as high ways,tunnels,bridges,embankments,and has achieved remarkable economic,social and ecologi-cal benefits.The technical core of polymer grouting is two-component foamed polyurethane material,which has the characteristics of good expansibility and controllability,fast and adjustable reaction speed,light weight,environmen-tal protection and durability.It plays an important role in civil engineering,water conservancy and other engineering construct ion,repair and reinforcement.The shear,tension compression and dynamic properties of polymer materials are tested and analyzed.It is found that the slurry density is an important factor affecting the mechanical properties of polymer materials.The higher the density of polymer slurry,the smaller the cell surface area after forming,the lower the surface energy,the more stable the molecular system,and the better the shear,tension compression and dy-namic properties.Finally,the application of polymer grouting technology in reinforcement and flood control is ex-plained,and the bottleneck and research prospect in its development are discussed and analyzed.The popularization and application of polymer grouting technology will improve the quality and level of water conservancy,civil engi-neering,mining and other engineering projects.
