To comprehensively promote the work of selecting and appointing party organization secretaries in private universities is an important measure for the party central committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core to strengthen the leadership of the party in private universities since the 18th national congress of the party.However,this work being carried out currently is quite unbalanced,lack of unified regulations,lack of rigid requirements,and lack of specific guidance,so the work now being done is random at will with insufficient implementation.In order to ensure the sustainable development of private universities in China in the future,we should strengthen the work of selecting and appointing the party organization secretaries in private universities,unify the standard procedures,make greater efforts on the work,and speed up the system construction so as to ensure the realization of the goal.
