The Current Situation and Prospect of Domestic Research on Classified Management of Private Universities since 2016
Since the newly revised Non-Governmental Education Promotion Law in 2016 clearly stipulated the implementation of classified management in private universities,the theoretical and practical circles have carried out continuous research on this issue.The studies that have been made involve various issues concerning the classified management of private universities,including the general problems,the dilemma of"choosing between profit and no-profit",the problems of system design,the risks of classified management,the problems in the construction of teacher team,the problems of local policy in classified management,and case studies of classified management etc.,and put forward corresponding solutions.It can be seen that the research that have been done has enriched the theo-retical achievements of classified management in private universities,and contributed to the practice of classified management.However,there still exist many problems in the research that have been made,for example,the re-search group is not wide enough,the research needs to be strengthened in its depth,the case studies are insuffi-cient,and the research on local implementation of classified management is not in-depth enough.In the future,we need to improve the research continuously on these aspects.
