To guide the development of national economy and society with the five-year plan is an important way for the Communist Party of China to govern the country.Promoting cultural self-confidence and self-improve-ment is the key goal and task in building a powerful modem cultural country with Chinese style.The previous five-year plans have always focused on the following aspects to promote the cultural self-confidence and self-improve-ment:building the socialist ideology,practicing socialist core values,improving the level of civilization in the whole society,thriving and developing cultural undertakings and cultural industries,and enhancing the spreading and in-fluence of Chinese civilization.Adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhering to the concept that puts people first,adhering to the high-quality development,and adhering to the Chinese cultural position,all these aspects are the valuable experiences of the five-year plan to promote cultural self-confidence and self-im-provement.
