Reflections on the Construction of High-Quality Student Work System in Universities from the Perspective of Career Development Education
Student work and career development education both focus on the comprehensive and sustainable growth and development of human beings.Universities should,from the perspective of career development educa-tion,adhere to the principles of systematization,subjectivity,and innovation,and focus on the goal of cultivating new personnel with all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor,and the improvement of talent training quality in this new era.Universities should,taking the students as the center,regard the students'career development education as the main line,and,as the guarantee,reform the system and mechanism of student work.To construct the high-quality student work system,there are five projects to be done,that is,the ideological and political education project that inspires students to consciously pursue the improvement of their ability,the good learning style project that promotes the students to strive for excellence,the vocational ability improvement project that adds value to students'ability,the linkage project that connects the career planning and education with the"trinity"of vocational guidance teachers,academic mentors,and counselors,and the support and guarantee project that helps the students realize their goal in work.Thus,we can provide the students with the education and services that they may need now and in the future.
