Research on the Structural Contradiction of the Employment of University Graduates in Henan Province under the Background of Industrial Structure Adjustment
High-quality employment of students is an important link in the construction of high-quality edu-cation system in universities.Due to the adjustment and upgrading of social economy and industrial structure,the structural contradiction of the employment of university graduates is prominent.The adjustment of professional struc-ture that is oriented by the industrial structure adjustment is an effective way to solve the structural contradiction of university graduates.According to the current situation of the structural contradiction of the employment of university graduates and the matching degree of the professions and industries in Henan province,in the adjustment of the pro-fessional structure in universities,it is necessary to meet the industrial demand,complete the dynamic adjustment mechanism of disciplines and professions,adhere to the concept of integration of industry and education,and build a new curriculum system so as to enhance the social adaptability of graduates in the professional level and alleviate the structural contradiction of the employment of university graduates.
