The report of the party's 20th national congress proposed that it is necessary to"widely practice the socialist core values"and"cultivate people with socialist core values".Party schools in universities,as the first front to cultivate people with morality,should integrate socialist core values into education and firmly establish the overall goal of"cultivating people with noble spirit".In this process,it is necessary to adhere to the following basic princi-ples:the surname of party school is CPC;theory always goes first;we should seek truth from the facts;and we should take practice as the guidance.It is necessary to make in-depth exploration in improving the teaching content sys-tem,the theoretical research system,the practice cultivation system,the teacher's team system,and the institutional guarantee system.We should guide the student party members to enhance their value cognition through active learn-ing,deepen their value identification through emotional experience,and enhance their value consciousness through action and practice,so as to improve the educational effectiveness of socialist core values in universities in the process of gathering"the value consensus",strengthening"the value integration",and realizing"the value guid-ance".
