The Philosophical Exploration on How the"Two Combinations"Promote the Modernization of Marxism in China
At the conference celebrating the 10011 anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the"two combinations"to promote the modernization of Marxism in China more profoundly.In the"grand historical view"of socialism for 500 years,in the process of equal integration of Eastern and Western culture and philosophy,in the process of realizing the transformation of Marxist theory's sub-jective dimension,and in the vision of building a new form of human civilization,the"two combinations"have its rich theoretical connotation and practical direction in all these fields,and contribute the oriental wisdom and the"Chinese solutions"in the global governance dilemma and in the process of the modernization of Marxist theory in China,forming the Chinese characteristics and Chinese model in the construction of scientific socialism.The propos-al of"two combinations",as a historical generative process,has not only the practical basis of theoretical produc-tion,but also the realistic call of theoretical innovation.It fully reflects the value purpose and theoretical self-con-sistency of our party's major cognition and judgment in the process of moving towards the truth,and it has historical significance for the positive integration of eastern and western culture and philosophy.
