Research on How to Build a New Highland for Digital Economy Development in Henan Province
Digital economy,as a new form of economic and social development,has some characteristics—its development is fast,its radiation range is wide,and its influence is deep etc.In"The 14th Five-Year Plan"for the Digital Economy and Informationization Development,Henan province clearly points out that it is necessary to make the digital economy bigger and stronger and create the new height for the development of digital economy.At pres-ent,the development of digital economy in Henan province has entered a new stage,and it has a good foundation for building a new highland of digital economy.However,it also faces some problems,for example,the quality of digital economy industry is not good enough,the support of scientific and technological innovation is not sufficient,the number of"head geese"is small,and the coordination of digital industrial clusters is not good enough.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt the following measures:enhance the scientific and technological innovation capability to assist the upgrade and breakthrough of the digital economy;strengthen the cultivation of"multi-step"enterprises to real-ize the effect of flying geese formation in digital industry;optimize the ecological environment and increase the quali-ty and efficiency of digital economy.
