猴头菇多糖对CNP大鼠模型炎性因子及免疫球蛋白的影响

探究猴头菇多糖对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis,CNP)大鼠模型炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG)及特异性酶(ACP、PAP)的影响,为猴头菇多糖在治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎中的应用提供参考。SPF级SD大鼠70 只,采用注射角叉菜胶的方法建立大鼠非细菌性前列腺炎模型,在造模成功后,随机分成空白组、模型组、前列泰组和猴头菇多糖低、中、高剂量组,给药 42d 观察各组大鼠炎性因子、免疫球蛋白和总酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、前列腺特异性酸性磷酸酶(PAP)的改变。结束给药后,前列泰组及猴头菇多糖低、中、高剂量组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、γ 干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平与模型组相比显著降低(P<0。01);前列泰组和猴头菇多糖中、高剂量组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平与模型组相比显著降低(P<0。01);前列泰组和猴头菇多糖高剂量组总酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、前列腺特异性酸性磷酸酶(PAP)水平显著降低(P<0。01)。慢性非细菌性前列腺炎发病机制与炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IFN-γ)的水平升高、血清中免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG)表达和特异性酶(ACP、PAP)的活性有关,猴头菇多糖以降低炎性因子含量、控制免疫球蛋白的表达和抑制特异性酶的活性来发挥治疗作用。
Effect of Hericium Erinaceus Polysaccharide on Inflammatory Factors and Immunoglobulin in CNP Rat Model
To explore the effect of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide on inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,IFN-γ),immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG)and specific enzymes(ACP,PAP)in chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP)rat model,and to provide reference for the application of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide in the treat-ment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis,seventy SPF SD rats were used to establish a rat model of nonbacterial pros-tatitis by injecting carrageenan.After successful modeling,they were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Qianlietai group and low,medium and high dose groups of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide.The changes of inflammatory factors,immunoglobulin,total acid phosphatase(ACP)and prostate specific acid phosphatase(PAP)in each group were observed after 42 days of administration.After the end of administration,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and immunoglobulin A(IgA)in the Qianlietai group,Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide low,medium and high dose groups were signifi-cantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in Qianlietai group and Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide medium and high dose groups were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).The levels of total acid phosphatase(ACP)and prostate-specific acid phospha-tase(PAP)in Qianlietai group and high-dose Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide group were significantly de-creased(P<0.01).The pathogenesis of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis is related to the increase of inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-6,IFN-γ),the expression of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG)and the activity of specific en-zymes(ACP,PAP)in serum.Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide can reduce the content of inflammatory factors,control the expression of immunoglobulin and inhibit the activity of specific enzymes to play a therapeutic role.
