ZnSO4浓度对水热合成钛基纳米薄膜形貌与结构的影响

为了研究ZnSO4 的浓度变化对水热合成钛基纳米薄膜形貌与结构的影响规律,通过以不同浓度的ZnSO4 为溶剂的碱性水热法制备了系列钛基纳米薄膜,采用扫描电子显微镜SEM、透射电子显微镜TEM和X射线衍射XRD对样品进行表征和测试。结果表明,随着ZnSO4 浓度的增加(从0。1 mol/L到0。8 mol/L),钛基体上水热产物形貌由叶片状逐渐增厚转变为短棒状、长棒状,结构由钛酸盐逐渐转变为ZnO。
The Effect of Concentrations of ZnSO4 on the Morphologies and Structures of Ti-Based Films Synthesized by Hydrothermal Method
In order to investigate the influence of different concentrations of ZnSO4 on the morphologies and structures of titanium based nanofilms synthesized by hydrothermal method,a series of Ti-based nanofilms were prepared by alkaline hydrothermal method using different concentrations of ZnSO4 as a solvent.These samples were tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that with the increase of ZnSO4 concentration,the morphologies of hydrothermal prod-ucts on the Ti substrate gradually change from leaf shaped to rod shaped and hexagonal prism shaped.The structures gradually transform from titanate to ZnO.
