摘要
为了研究ZnSO4 的浓度变化对水热合成钛基纳米薄膜形貌与结构的影响规律,通过以不同浓度的ZnSO4 为溶剂的碱性水热法制备了系列钛基纳米薄膜,采用扫描电子显微镜SEM、透射电子显微镜TEM和X射线衍射XRD对样品进行表征和测试.结果表明,随着ZnSO4 浓度的增加(从0.1 mol/L到0.8 mol/L),钛基体上水热产物形貌由叶片状逐渐增厚转变为短棒状、长棒状,结构由钛酸盐逐渐转变为ZnO.
Abstract
In order to investigate the influence of different concentrations of ZnSO4 on the morphologies and structures of titanium based nanofilms synthesized by hydrothermal method,a series of Ti-based nanofilms were prepared by alkaline hydrothermal method using different concentrations of ZnSO4 as a solvent.These samples were tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that with the increase of ZnSO4 concentration,the morphologies of hydrothermal prod-ucts on the Ti substrate gradually change from leaf shaped to rod shaped and hexagonal prism shaped.The structures gradually transform from titanate to ZnO.
