The Effect of Concentrations of ZnSO4 on the Morphologies and Structures of Ti-Based Films Synthesized by Hydrothermal Method
In order to investigate the influence of different concentrations of ZnSO4 on the morphologies and structures of titanium based nanofilms synthesized by hydrothermal method,a series of Ti-based nanofilms were prepared by alkaline hydrothermal method using different concentrations of ZnSO4 as a solvent. These samples were tested by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that with the increase of ZnSO4 concentration, the morphologies of hydrothermal prod-ucts on the Ti substrate gradually change from leaf shaped to rod shaped and hexagonal prism shaped. The structures gradually transform from titanate to ZnO.
