摘要

冬季冰雪侵害对道路交通产生了严重的威胁,各种传统的除冰方法都存在或多或少的缺陷,微波除冰是一种新型除冰方法,使用微波进行除冰具有绿色环保、除净率高的特点,利用自主设计的开放式微波除冰仪器对微波除冰过程中混凝土的表面温度分布规律进行了研究,结果表明,微波除冰过程中,混凝土表面温度分布呈现出中心区域高、周围温度低的现象.温度分布具有方向性,混凝土表面温度沿微波源波导口的长边方向的温度衰减速度快于短边方向的温度衰减速度.微波源高度越高,混凝土表面中心点的温度越低,加热范围越大,混凝土表面的加热均匀性更好.当微波源高度位于40 mm时,混凝土道面的除冰面积为83.4 cm2.

Abstract

Winter ice and snow pose a serious threat to road traffic,and various traditional deicing methods have certain drawbacks.Microwave deicing is a novel method characterized by its eco-friendliness and high deicing efficiency.This study investigates the surface temperature distribution patterns of concrete during the microwave de-icing process using an open-structure microwave deicing apparatus designed in-house.The results show that the temperature distribution of concrete surface presents the phenomenon of high central area and low surrounding temperature during the process of microwave deicing.The temperature distribution has directionality,and the tem-perature attenuation speed of concrete surface temperature along the long side of microwave source waveguide is fas-ter than that in short side direction.The higher the microwave source height,the lower the temperature of the center point of the concrete surface,the larger the heating range,the better the uniformity of the heating on the concrete surface.When the microwave source height is 40mm,the deicing area of concrete pavement is 83.4 cm2.
