摘要

某电厂2 台1000MW机组磨煤机热风调门执行器原安装于热风道上方,环境温度高,易造成执行器齿轮箱和控制机构损坏故障.通过将执行器移至热风道侧方,有效降低了故障率.主要对执行器移位过程中出现的问题及解决办法进行说明.

Abstract

The hot air adjusting door actuators of two 1000MW coal pulverizer were originally installed above the hot air duct in a power plant,and the high ambient temperature could cause damage to the actuator gearbox and the control mechanism easily.The fault rate is reduced effectively by moving the actuator to the side of the hot air duct.The problems and solutions in the process of moving actuator are explained in this paper.
