The Problems and Solutions of the Hot Air Adjusting Door of the Electric Actuator for 1000MW Thermal Power Unit in the Process of Moving
The hot air adjusting door actuators of two 1000MW coal pulverizer were originally installed above the hot air duct in a power plant,and the high ambient temperature could cause damage to the actuator gearbox and the control mechanism easily.The fault rate is reduced effectively by moving the actuator to the side of the hot air duct.The problems and solutions in the process of moving actuator are explained in this paper.
