Digital Empowerment of the Modernization of Ecological Governance Capacity in Rural Areas—Applicable Scenarios and Optimized Paths
Ecological prosperity means civilization prosperity.Eecological environment governance has become a problem that China must solve in the new era.The transformation of ecological governance from the traditional to the digital method is an important way to promote the sustainable development of ecological civilization.However,there still exist some problems in the application of digital technology in the process of the modernization of rural ecological governance capacity.We can optimize the path from four aspects:firstly,implement the digital planning construction and improve the level of the modernization of ecological environment governance;secondly,strengthen the digital monitoring service and promote the quality and efficiency of ecological and environmental governance capability;thirdly,establish a digital assessment model to continuously improve the effect of ecological and environ-mental governance;and fourthly,focus on the digital source control and strengthen the supervision of"digital ecology".
