Viewing from the current situation of the procuratorial supervision system in"the connection of two legal procedures"concerning the ecological environment,it is found that there are three problems in the procuratori-al supervision:insufficient supply of legal system,incomplete guarantee mechanism,and insufficient rigidity of su-pervision means.Insufficient supply of legal system is mainly manifested in the following aspects:the lack of upper law foundation in the transfer supervision,the incomplete procedure of procuratorial supervision,and the unclear standards for starting procuratorial supervision.Incomplete guarantee mechanism is mainly reflected in these as-pects:the information sharing mechanism is not smooth,the internal connection work is not smooth,and the prosecu-tion team is not professional.It is suggested that we should first improve the relevant legislation of procuratorial su-pervision in"the connection of two legal procedures",clarify the transfer supervision in the legal level,improve the procedural provisions of procuratorial supervision,and clarify the starting standards for procuratorial supervision.Secondly,the information sharing platform should be constructed by the judicial administrative organs,together with the industry and information technology departments and the environmental law enforcement departments,the digital construction of legal supervision should be improved,and the personnel with the background of the environmental discipline should be recruited to enrich the procuratorial team.Finally,with the help of governments and party com-mittees at the same level,it is necessary to strengthen the rigidity of procuratorial supervision means.
