Research on the Construction of the Evaluation System for Ideological and Political Course in University in the New Era
The third plenary session of the 20th CPC central Committee stresses that it is necessary to"deepen the comprehensive reform of education"and"promote the reform and innovation of the ideological and political courses in the primary school,the secondary school and the university as an integration".The ideological and politi-cal course in university is the key to implement the fundamental task of moral education,and the evaluation system of ideological and political course is the barometer for the quality of the work of moral education.In order to reform the evaluation system in keeping up with the background of the times,it is necessary to insist on the"two princi-ples"—the combination of process evaluation and result evaluation,and the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation.We should analyze and explore these following aspects:balance the evaluation of the re-lationship between subject and object,improve the index of evaluation content,innovate the method of evaluation process,and deepen the orientation of the evaluation result.We should also deal well with the"four relationships"—subject and object,coordination and combination,integrity and innovation,and literacy and effectiveness.We can try to optimize the evaluation of subject-object relationship that centers around the students,master the quantitative and qualitative indicators to enrich the evaluation content,follow the traditional basic methodology to innovate the e-valuation methods,and center around moral education to broaden the role of evaluation results.Through these paths,it is possible to assist the high-quality development of ideological and political curriculum education in the new era.
