Research on the Generation Mechanism of Data Element Participating in the Distribution in the View of New Quality Productive Forces—Based on the Perspective of Marxist Political Economy
Data element is the new energy for social reproduction,and it is the core element of the new quality productive forces.In the era of digital economy,data element has penetrated into all links of production,distribu-tion,exchange and consumption,and it has produced magnified,superimposed,multiplied effects on other production elements.Due to the particularity of data element,the concrete form of data element in playing a role is obviously different from the traditional production elements,which brings about profound changes in all the links of social and economic operation and gives birth to a series of new productive relations.Based on the basic principle that produc-tion determines distribution,only by observing the data element in the economic operation process,summarizing the role of data element in all the links of social reproduction,and clarifying its mechanism,is it possible to provide the theoretical basis for better developing the new quality productive forces and promoting the data element's participa-tion in distribution.
