The development of AI technology is driving the intelligent transformation of libraries.SWOT model analysis shows that ChatGPT has significant advantages in the fields such as reference consultation,intelligent rec-ommendation,collection development,digital reading guidance,and education and training,which can improve the service efficiency,integrate resources,enhance the user's experience and expand the application field.However,there still exist the challenges such as data ethics and privacy issues in the practical application.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the digital infrastructure,establish the quality control system,optimize man-machine col-laboration,comply with relevant regulations and policies,and improve the technology,and through these measures,it is possible to meet the challenges and assist the development of libraries.
