摘要
期刊评价是学术期刊高质量发展的重要内容.当前的期刊评价体系存在一些弊端,我们要在反思的基础上加以改革和完善.评价的目的应该是引导期刊完成自己的时代使命,而不是进入某一核心名录;任何评价只具有相对的真理性,不能绝对化和简单化;要从中国学术期刊的实际出发,构建中国特色的期刊体系和期刊评价体系.
Abstract
Academic journals evaluation is an important content of the high-quality development of academic journals.The current evaluation system has some disadvantages,and we should reform and improve it on the basis of self-examination.The purpose of evaluation should guide the journals to complete their missions in new era,rather than to enter a core journal list.An evaluation system is only relatively true,cannot be absolute and simplified.We should build journal system and evaluation system with Chinese characteristics based on the reality of Chinese academic journals.
