摘要
近年来人文学科边缘化是多种因素综合作用的结果,其中某些学术期刊扮演了"催化剂"的角色.通过调查统计数据发现,近年在综合性人文社科学术期刊中,人文学科刊文比重不断下降,恰与20世纪90年代之前的情况形成反差.究其原因是以影响因子为主要指标的期刊评价制度的不合理不科学所致.解决这一问题首先需要期刊主编、编辑回归办刊初心;其次,要摒弃"以刊评文"的不科学不合理做法;再次,要降低影响因子在期刊评价中的比重;最后实现期刊评价与核心期刊脱钩的终极目标.
Abstract
In recent years,the marginalization of the humanities is the result of multiple factors,among which certain academic journals have played the role of"catalyst".By surveying statistics,this article found the fact that the proportion of papers published in the humanities has been declining in the comprehensive journals of humanities and social sciences,which is in contrast with the situation before the 1990s.This condition is caused by the unreasonable and unscientific journal evaluation system with impact factor as the main index.To solve this problem,firstly,the chief editor and editors should return to their original intention of running the journal;secondly,the unscientific and unreasonable practice of"evaluating articles by journals"should be rejected;thirdly,the weight of the impact factor in the evaluation of journals should be lowered;and finally,the final goal of delinking the evaluation of journals from the core journals should be realized.
