摘要
大醒法师是太虚法师门下高足,以"新僧"闻名近代佛教界,但大醒法师也是一名诗僧.他自幼学诗,出家前后均曾组诗社,在当时教界内外皆有诗名.大醒法师现存诗歌以旧体诗为主,其中不仅可以看到更为丰富的"新僧"形象,在一定程度上也反映了近代佛教革新的处境.大醒法师的诗歌属于文人诗传统,语言明白晓畅,自然天成;内容上注重佛教思想的表达,也强调诗的抒情性,而诗的抒情性与断灭情志的佛教终极目标之间的矛盾,在其人间佛教的入世倾向与佛化世间的追求中具有了合理性.
Abstract
Master Da-xing,a high-ranking disciple of Master Tai-xu,is known as a New Monk in modern Buddhism,however he is also a monk poet He had studied and practised poetry since he was a child.Before and after becoming a monk,he had respectively set up a poetry society.The existing poetry of Master Da-xing is mainly old-style,in which we can not only see vividly images of New Monk,but also the situation of modern Buddhism reform to a certain extent.The poetry of Master Da-xing belongs to the tradition of literati poetry.The language expression of his poetry is simple and unadorned but naturally-formed.In terms of content,Master Da-xing attaches importance to both the emotion and Buddhism thoughts.Meanwhile the contradiction between the lyricism of poetry and the ultimate goal of Buddhism is reasonable because of Human Buddhism which tends to the world and pursuits to transform the world.
