Systematic Studies on the Appearance of Fingerprint with Amido Black 10B
Fingerprint is one of the most common material evidence at crime scenes,and it is also important for the same certification of the same suspects or victims.Due to the complexity of crime scenes,fingerprints affected by different environmental factors will have an impact on appearance results.Taking the fresh blood fingerprints on ceramic tiles,a common fingerprint evidence at the scene of indoor murder cases,as the research object,the effects of different factors on the visualization of fingerprints by amino black 10B development solution were explored.The results showed that the development solution with amino black 10B(mass fraction 0.60％)-glacial acetic acid(mass fraction 25％)was the best formula for visualizing fresh blood latent fingerprints on ceramic tiles.At the same time,the formula was also suitable for different development methods,substrates,concentrations and remaining time.
