辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚协同煤油改善高灰细煤浮选试验研究

针对传统捕收剂对高灰细煤浮选产率低、选择性差等问题,采用了辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-4)与煤油协同浮选某地高灰无烟煤,探究了OP-4 的用量和复合方式对高灰细煤浮选的影响。结果表明:OP-4 与煤油分步投加时的浮选效果优于同时投加;相比于纯煤油,60 g/t 的 OP-4 与 1 200g/t 的煤油分步投加,浮选的可燃体回收率提高了 8。29%,浮选完善度提高了 15。55%。当OP-4 用量为 120 g/t时,浮选完善度反而下降。
Studies on Octylphenol Ethoxylate and Kerosene Synergistically Improving the Flotation of High-Ash Fine Coal
Aiming at the problems of low flotation yield and poor selectivity of traditional collectors for high-ash fine coal,octylphenol ethoxylate(OP-4)was used for the flotation of Shanxi anthracite coal in cooperation with kerosene,and the effects of the dosage of OP-4 and compounding method on the flotation of high-ash fine coal were investigated.The results showed that the flotation effect was better when OP-4 and kerosene were added stepwise than simultaneously,and the combustible recovery increased by 8.29%and the flotation perfection increased by 15.55%when 60 g/t OP-4 and 1 200 g/t kerosene were added stepwise than the pure kerosene.When the dosage of OP-4 was 120 g/t,the flotation perfection decreased instead.
