二甲基亚砜工业废盐中二甲基砜和硝酸钠的分离提纯

根据硝酸钠和二甲基砜在水中溶解度随温度变化的差异,采用两步结晶法实现废盐中硝酸钠和二甲基砜分离提纯。考察了氧化温度、硝酸浓度、母液套用次数以及溶剂中废盐浸出水的比例对产品的影响,研究结果表明:氧化温度、硝酸浓度、母液套用次数对产品纯度影响不大,溶剂中废盐浸出水的质量分数不得高于 50%,在-3~-1℃条件下,冷却结晶能够有效分离二甲基砜,在 65~70℃减压蒸发浓缩能够有效分离出硝酸钠,该工艺对废盐中二甲基砜和硝酸钠的回收率分别达到 70。49%和 74。24%。
Separation and Purification of Dimethyl Sulfone and Sodium Nitrate in Dimethyl Sulfoxide Industrial Waste Salt
A two-step crystallization method was used to realize the separation and purification of sodium nitrate and dimethyl sulfone in the waste salt,according to the solubility difference of sodium nitrate and dimethyl sulfone in aqueous solution with the change of temperature.In this paper,the effects of oxidation temperature,nitric acid concentration,number of times of application of mother liquor and the ratio of waste salt leaching water in solvent on the product were considered.The results showed that the oxidation temperature,nitric acid concentration and the number of times of applying the mother liquor have little effect on the product purity,and the mass fraction of waste salt leaching water in the solvent can not be above 50%,dimethyl sulfone could be effectively separated by cooling and crystallization at-3~-1℃,and sodium nitrate could be effectively separated by vacuum evaporation and concentration at 65~70℃.This process can make the recovery rate of dimethyl sulfone and sodium nitrate in waste salt reach 70.49%and 74.24%,respectively.
