Rapid Determination of Sulphur Content in Light Distillate Oil by X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer with High Sensitivity
A method for rapid determination of sulfur content in light distillate oil was established by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with high sensitivity and its accuracy and repeatability were investigated.The results showed that the quantitative standard curve has a good linear relationship in the range of 0～1 000μg·g-1 sulfur content,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 8.The recovery of samples is 95.2%～103.7%and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.07%so that it can be employed for the determination of sulfur content in light distillate.
