摘要

用高灵敏度能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪,建立了快速测定轻质馏分油中硫含量的方法,并对其进行准确性和重复性考察.结果表明,该测定方法在硫含量为 0~1 000 μg·g-1 范围内的定量标准曲线具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R2)为0.999 8;样品回收率为 95.2%~103.7%,相对标准偏差小于2.07%,可用于轻质馏分油中硫含量的测定.

Abstract

A method for rapid determination of sulfur content in light distillate oil was established by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with high sensitivity and its accuracy and repeatability were investigated.The results showed that the quantitative standard curve has a good linear relationship in the range of 0~1 000μg·g-1 sulfur content,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 8.The recovery of samples is 95.2%~103.7%and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.07%so that it can be employed for the determination of sulfur content in light distillate.
