油田采出液腐蚀结垢原因分析及对策研究

近 2 年来,某稀油联合处理站油、水处理系统结垢日趋严重,出现原油处理系统加热炉出口阀门、采出水处理系统反应罐出口管线等堵塞,影响到地面系统的连续稳定运行.通过对采出液水性及结垢产物分析,发现系统来液水质配伍性差,由此带来较严重的腐蚀结垢现象的发生,其结垢现象主要原因是由于不同水型的采出液混合后发生化学反应产生碳酸盐沉淀垢,其腐蚀现象主要是采出水处理系统存在曝气工艺水中溶解氧超标和系统细菌滋生引起的.通过系统净水药剂及曝气时间改善后,溶液悬浮钙由 48 mg/L降低至 9 mg/L,反应罐出口管线结垢周期大为改善,引起腐蚀的硫酸盐还原菌质量浓度由 1×106 mg/L降低至 2×102 mg/L,腐蚀结垢情况明显好转.
Studies on Causes Analysis and Countermeasure of Oilfield Produced Fluid Scaling and Corrosion
The scaling of oil and water treatment system in a thin-oil combined treatment station has become more and more serious in last 2 years.The blockage of outlet valve of heating furnace in oil treatment system and outlet pipelines of reaction tank in water system treatment has affected the continuous and stable operation of system.Through the analysis and detection of water type data and scale samples,the cause of serious scaling was that mixed produced liquid gets high supersaturation,the water treatment system meets with problems of aeration,and the water purification agent contains too high acidic soluble calcium ions.The corrosion is mainly caused by the breeding of system bacteria.After the improvement of water purifying agent and aeration time,the suspended calcium in the solution decreased from 48 mg/L to 9 mg/L,and the scaling period of the outlet pipeline of reaction tank was greatly shortened.Accordingly,the main cause of corrosion was that the sulfate reducing bacteria decreased from 1×106 mg/L to 2×102 mg/L,and the corrosion and scaling were obviously improved.
