Comparison and Analysis of Spirogyra Control with Three Kinds of Chemicals
Copper sulfate,prometryn and cinnamic acid were selected for spirogyra control.The experimental results showed that the use of three did affect the growth,metabolism,activities of antioxidative enzymes and micro-structure of spirogyra.The effect of chemicals on spirogyra depended on chemical,dosage and exposure time.Under the same dosage,the effect of copper sulfate and prometryn were stronger than that of cinnamic acid.Integration of effective,safe and economic factors,1 mg/L of prometryn is recommended for spirogyra control.
