摘要
莫来石晶须作为一种一维无机纳米材料,由于具有优良的化学稳定性和高温稳定性而备受关注.通过喷雾干燥和高温煅烧的方法,制备了具有球形的纳米莫来石晶须团聚体,该团聚体可以提高莫来石粉体的流动性,有利于粉体的输运,有望用于工业领域中.研究通过以含硅铝的工业废弃物作为合成晶须的硅源和部分铝源,添加Al2(SO4)·18H2O为铝源,添加一些晶须生长助剂,研究了不同的煅烧温度对晶须形貌的影响.研究结果表明,喷雾干燥造粒后在750 ℃烧结下合成了纳米尺度的莫来石晶须,晶须以团聚体的形态存在.
Abstract
As a one-dimensional mullite nanomaterial,mullite whiskers have attracted much attention due to their excellent chemical and high temperature stability.Nano-mullite whisker aggregate with spherical structure was prepared by spray drying and high-temperature calcination.The aggregate can improve the fluidity of mullite powder,which is conducive to the transportation of the powder,and it is expected to be used in the industrial field.Industrial wastes containing silicon and aluminum were used as silicon source and partial aluminum source for the synthesis of whiskers.Then Al2(SO4)·18H2O was added as aluminum source,and some whisker growth additives were added.The effect of different calcination temperatures on the morphology of whisker was studied.The results show that nano-scale mullite whiskers are synthesized after spray drying granulation and sintered at 750 ℃.The whiskers exist as aggregates.
