基于聚类分析和主成分分析的中药马兰高效液相色谱法指纹图谱研究

通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定马兰中香草酸、香草醛、阿魏酸、芹菜素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚共7个蒽醌类成分的含量,结合多地采收的马兰的对比研究,并利用社会科学统计程序(SPSS)26。0软件进行聚类分析和主成分分析。从HPLC指纹图谱中确定了 13个共有峰,其中定性分析7个共有成分;10批药材可聚为二类;提取出5个主成分,累积方差贡献率为91。913%。建立了中药马兰指纹图谱,方法高效、简便。
Studies on High Performance Liquid Chromatography Fingerprint of Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip Based on Cluster and Principal Component Analysis
The content of vanillic acid,vanillin,ferulic acid,apigenin,rhein,emodin and chrysophanol in Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The quality control and evaluation based on the comparative studies of Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip collected in many places were performed by using Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS)26.0 software for cluster and principal component analysis.This 13 common peaks were identified from HPLC fingerprint,of which 7 common components were qualitatively analyzed.Ten batches of medicinal materials can be grouped into two categories and five principal components were extracted with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 91.913%.The method for establishing the fingerprint of Kalimeris indica(L.)Sch-Bip is efficient and simple.
